Had to call support to get SSO working. They said there was a checkbox they had to check in order for the SAML integration to work properly. Then, the Conference Authorize button doesn't work - so, no Conference feature. Contacts tab doesn't display at all - so, no Google contacts. This RingCentral services is not yet ready for prime entrprise usage.

The Single sign on doesn't work from the icon and is quite confusing for end users. App needs to sign the user in dirrectly

single sign on is terrible it does nothing but go to it doesn't log in any of my 50 users. the ringcentral in gmail isn't bad however, no setting to control the apps volume which by default is extremely loud. Plus it keeps ringing even after answering on other device.

Cumbersome to use if your workplace does not have a single sign-in system that includes this app. Our system does not allow integration with our Google mail system. I never use this and often do not get my phone messages.
