single sign on is terrible it does nothing but go to it doesn't log in any of my 50 users. the ringcentral in gmail isn't bad however, no setting to control the apps volume which by default is extremely loud. Plus it keeps ringing even after answering on other device.

Cumbersome to use if your workplace does not have a single sign-in system that includes this app. Our system does not allow integration with our Google mail system. I never use this and often do not get my phone messages.

I have relied on this service for some years now and recently had the opportunity to activate SSO via GoogleApps (Legacy); a fully-featured GUI user and admin interface, native apps, web-based features such as "call me" embed/button + FaxOut + Call (RingOut) and (too) many more (to count). —[ note: if still available, don't hesitate to start with their lean "RingCentral Professional" which gets you started with 300 mins for $11 a month (w/ yr plan) with much/most phone system features already active so you can tackle your implementation without worrying about potentially needing to add costs in the short-term (except for lines or numbers).
