Overview
rowCall filters rows from your main Google Sheet by whatever column you select and then creates individual sheets for every unique cell in that column. This calls the rows out into their own space. If the automatic setting is enabled, any new entry or alteration to the main sheet, manual or form driven, will be fed to the individual sheets.

It can be used for a variety of purposes, such using a Google Form for assessments or self assessment. For example; each week students complete a self-assessment rubric form, the form is completed by all students in the class sending the results to the form response sheet. A teacher can then use the rowCall Add-on to create a separate sheet for each student and quickly view their individual entries in addition to the whole class summary of results from the form response sheet. Each new form entry will go to the form response sheet as well as each individual sheet if the automatic setting is enabled, thus providing a master sheet of the whole class scores each time a form entry is made and auto updating the individual sheets with their scores.

This is a fabulous add on. Has saved me a TON of time with registration information automatically populating into separate rosters. So happy to find it. I highly recommend it!!

Slow and does not sort rows based on column values.

I used to really like this extension, but now when I use the add on with one spreadsheet, and ask for it to update automatically, it also then automatically updates any other spreadsheet file from my drive that I open.

rowCall was exactly the tool I was looking for to help manage data for my school. I had a minor issue at first, but Elizabeth came to my rescue. rowCall does everything that it's designed to do, and saves me hours of work.

I am super excited about the prospect of not having to write a ton of script to export the rows of my Forms submissions- I have checked the automatic update box and still no updates unless I manually hit the sort button... Any suggestions on how to make this happen- it really needs to be automated because several people will be viewing the destination sheets.

This is a great tool; however, I am still trying to figure out the kinks. For example, 1) Is there a way for only specific columns of data from the master sheet to go to the individual sheets? 2) If I delete a row of data, it remains on the individual sheet (even when re-running RowCall). I have attempted this with the automatic setting enabled and disabled, to no avail. Is there a lag in this information transferring? Any insight that could be provided would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!!

I'm having the same problem. I don't know how to get rid of "old" information when it is updated on the main sheet. It ends up making two copies of the same thing, but the original copy holds the old information.

My immediate thought was - this is great, 5 stars. However when I filter my main sheet I'm finding that not all data is going intio the individual sheets. For example a sheet with 379 rows - only 293 of these went into the 50 sheets that were created by row call. On a second sheet I noticed that row call stopped before creating all of the sheets. Is there a limitation in amount of data that can be processed or number of sheets created? Update - by default it creates a sheet with 1000 rows 26 columns, with a cell limit of 2 million that means only 76 sheets can be generated without some tinkering. My work-around to make this generate 82 sheets was to run it once, delete all the blank rows from the first 7 sheets, and then run a second time.
