To start using the add-on, open your Gmail inbox in a web browser and follow the steps below: 

- Click the Settings button at the top right corner of the screen. 
- In the drop-down menu, choose Get add-ons. 
- A new G Suite Marketplace window will open. 
- Type SignNow in the search bar. 
- Click the add-on preview, then click Install in the new window. 
- Click Continue to confirm your installation. 
- In the next window, log into SignNow using your Google account.

Now, you’ll be able to use the Gmail signature app directly in your inbox. Let’s take a look at how it works:

- Once you’ve opened an email that contains an attachment, click the SignNow button on the right-side of your screen.
- Click Send to Sign if you want your document to be certified by another user. Enter the signer’s email address and click OK. Every document you send via the add-on is automatically saved to your SignNow account.
- Click Upload to upload the attachment to your SignNow account. Choose whether you want to instantly sign email attachment or return to your Gmail inbox.
