Encryption is "free" but does not work. Password protection is not enforced. Once encrypted files are opened by another user they are left in the drive unencrypted.

Incredibly slow. To load the dashboard took excess of 5min, if I was able to load it at all. Not only that but the backup process had taken nearly 20hrs and had only completed 8GB. Completely unacceptable and unusable as a professional service.

The application did not back up data as promised, and even though it showed "100%" user backup, folders were in fact empty. Support was initially very lacking and it took several attempts to contact before someone started getting back to us. However the data backup issue was not resolved and after 4 days of trying we decided to cancel the service. However when attempting to cancel the service we again received no response or confirmation and wound up having to involve our credit card company to dispute the charge.
