A User of Teamwork CRM for Gmail

I hope it develops features to track email messages in the CRM directly from my inbox like Hubspot's add-on. It also has ux issues where it constantly resets back to the start menu if you click out of the box. Interrupts the process for me to add the contact/lead/etc. It also is cumbersome, needing to add company first, then contact, then lead, then opportunity, all with separate workflows. Something Hubspot also does really well is mining the email signature for contact info. I hope Teamwork develops the same functionality.
