We love TheBugTrack! Incredibly attentive support - responses received in less than an hour in most cases, and helped resolve our issue over a Weekend. They even sent emails at 10PM on Sunday to let us know our request had just been completed. Highly recommended!

Just started using it and it does the trick. We have small projects with a handful of developers, so most of the other systems we looked at were confusing overkill. Couple of things that would be really nice (hint) - a view that shows all bugs (across all projects), and even better if this could be also available as an RSS feed. Nice easy way for all of us to have outstanding bugs as a task list on our browsers - and it opens up the possibility of accessing the bugs list from a plugin in visual studio or in other programs.
