This makes it pretty easy to save the body of an email message as part of a reminder. My only wish matches Daniel Krenn's review below, this add-only should show a full set of Due Dates, not just 4 possibilities (besides None). I needed a reminder to cancel an app subscription in 1 year (minus a few days), but the app dates only went to 1 month. It should provide a standard calendar, like the app does.

The "Due date" function needs more specific choices with a calendar and times, as the main app has otherwise it is pointless

I have experimented with countless "to do" apps over the years. This is my new favorite. I don't necessarily use it the was it is intended but this works for me. I keep a daily list using the built-in #Agenda hashtag and the date as a task title. I list all of the tasks/projects I am working on with notes on the next steps. In my morning planning sessions, I simply copy all of the previous day's entries into into today's list and just update it. I then print the listing and keep it with me during meetings and discussions etc. to write notes on. I also attach to TickTick list, the odd-ball related papers (such things as resumes, invitations, phone call slips, etc.) related to the actions. This blend of digital and analogue allow me to manage my workflow, instead of it driving me. It is also a way to capture the evolution of projects and appreciate not just individual tasks but our "body of work" over a period of time. Thank you.

The TickTick extension works better, is faster, and much easier to organize (select the list, add tags, etc.) A few weeks ago, they changed the extension from being handled within the email to opening a small window that you have to click on to bring to the front. Inconvenient, but not a deal breaker. However, that window stopped working for me a week ago. I have sent screenshots and page reports to support but it is still not working properly. I tried this add-on thinking this was the new way of doing it and found the add-on to be disorganized and cumbersome to use. If creating a task from a very long email, you need to scroll through all of the email content before getting to the list you want to save it in or being able to set the priority. You can no longer add a time to the follow up date and they changed it from being able to use a calendar to pick a date to just having a generic "Next Week" or "Next Month" option. There is also no ability to add tags. In short, this add-on is terrible and they should focus on getting the extension working again. Don't get me wrong, I love TickTick better than any other program I've used. I left ToDoist for TickTick because TD kept rolling out updates that had not been tested and then features I relied on stopped working. TickTick appears to be doing the exact same thing right now.

Tick Tick is a great app, this add-on doesn't work and needs to be fixed! Keep stating "Something went wrong when executing..."

This add on is great. I've been a paid TickTick user for years & could not be happier with them stepping in to do what google should have done ages ago imo. google has some major gaps when it comes to productivity tools for end users. Sometimes I think they're brilliant, but then they'll kill the brilliant thing & replace it with something stupid. Or stop working on something that's clearly popular, seemingly for no reason. Makes no sense.
