It's simple but powerful. For me I want to have shared contacts with the team. Email history. Ability to add notes. And that's about it. Tasks I use Trello for anyway so simple really works. I've tried many Google Apps CRM solutions and this is one of the most elegant by a long way.

We didn't have any CRM at all before Timetonote. Very simple. Quick to learn and revolutionised our workflow! Helped organise the team's conversations with customers and makes the contents of emails very easy for all to find. Quick response from the developer on the rare occasions we have had a problem. Highly recommended.
