The XBRL US Public Database is a demonstration of freely-available structured financial data. It contains 10+ years of public company data submitted to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). In addition to corporate datasets, the XBRL API can be queried for details from the US GAAP and IFRS Taxonomies such as the metadata associated with individual concepts; and Data Quality Committee (DQC) error messages from historically submitted US GAAP filings.
