Customer Support is TERRIBLE. I paid $40 for the yearly plan which was supposed to raise my quota to 1500 emails. It has now been 5 days and I am STILL stuck at 50 emails. I sent an email to support letting them know about this and it took them 3 days to reply despite being a paying customer and they said verbatim: "Can you please provide us with your invoice / receipt you SUPPOSEDLY received after the payment?". They use SUPPOSEDLY as if I was lying about having a paid account when I am literally messaging them from my G Suite account that I create strictly for using this product. I even signed up with their referral link. Very unprofessional. As I type this my quota has still not been updated. I just read an interview where the creator of YAMM was bragging about making $70,000 a month off this app and you'd think that he would put some of that towards hiring better support. All in all, worst support experience that I've ever had with a product that I paid for.

I did love it. But now the 50 free daily email don´t reset, Last email I sent was 5 days ago, and now I can´t send any.
