This is a solid app and has become my primary sales pipeline for my business. I compared it to Streak, Asana, Todoist and Insightly. This was the best combination of easy of use, functionality and integrations. The price is more than worth it. The only reason I gave it 4 stars out of 5 is because there are two weaknesses I hope to see fixed in upcoming versions: 1) You can only have 1 todo per lead. You must clear that out before adding subsequent tasks. 2) When you send an email to the app, it does not show up in the same format it was sent, but all packed together. My only other hope would be for more robust gmail integration. If these issues could be addressed it would be as close to a perfect crm/pipeline tool as I could imagine.

Hi Sean and thanks for your feedback. Concerning the multiple Todos on a lead the answer is no we are not going to change that as we really want every user to be focussed on THE next action. Introducing multiple Todo would make our product less focus on moving leads through your pipeline. That being said: you can use the comment section to write multiple todos in plain text and once a lead is won you can set several tasks for your follow up. Concerning Gmail, yes we also want to build a more powerful integration.

This is an excellent small CRM. I believe that most people using CRM's have no ide what they need it for and only use a small part of the whole. This system slips in to take over this gap admirably. It's clean, simple and effective. I LOVE IT!!

Was looking for a practical and easy to use CRM for a long time. Finally found it with YDNCRM! I love how intuitive and simple the system is and it is so very practical in it's functionality.

Being that we use Google and Quickbooks daily, the integration is awesome. Having something to remind us to do our follow ups helps us stay on track and we don't have to have yet another log in, user name, etc.

Hi Harry, in fact you did not used the correct email address to send the information from your form. You can check the help section here: The correct email address to send the form to can be found in your 'Admin section' > 'Contact form' . Regards

Simple à installer et à mettre en oeuvre. Un CRM prêt à utiliser en moins de 5 minutes. Et en plus ils donnent du support en français.

L'essentiel du suivi commercial dans une appli web, facile à prendre en main, facile à personnaliser en fonction de son cycle de vente et rapide. Le tout en Francais et intégrable à google apps. What Else ?
