As always with any CRM : don't trust your first impression ! The first few hours are always a bit tricky. However, here it becomes quickly incredibly simple and straightforward. If like me all the sensitive data about projects is inside your mailbox and you have anyway too many leads to count, then NoCRM is the tool you need. I also love the fact that you can enter entire Excel lists of cold prospects which you can tun into real leads. I am looking forward to using this at my next tradeshow. I'd highly recommend it for most sales representatives working for serveral firms as it would often be complementary to the systems used by those firms for sending quote / invoicing / client database.

I like allot of things about NO CRM . 1. the cold lead list. 2. The 2 sections UI having address and notes on one side and tags and other things on the right. Some big Negatives though that other similar or cheaper Crms have that make life easier and critical. A. No native google contact sync, onepage for example needs just one click on any contact to sync it automatically with google contacts ( your phone) this is a huge time saver vs manually doing it in No Crm and dont tell me zapier is a good option. B. since there is no email merge ability, say I want to send a personal message to 10 contacts I am working with. In Pipedrive and one page I can do a quick email merge message to them with their personal name in the message like I am sending it just to them. Again dont tell me I can use mail chimp or export into another program. That takes allot of time and work... Some other niceties would be keeping track of say goals, like having to make 20 calls a day if you are on track... Pipedrive and One Page again have this... another one worth considering is Less Annoying Crm which has awesome google contact sync and cheapest of all of them.. there are other quibbles which will keep this crm at a 3.75 to 4 star review vs onepage and pipedrive the best in my opinion which are 4.25 to 4.5 range now

So far, so good. Easy to read. Easy to learn. Trained my employees on its use in under 30 minutes and the questions they have are simple "common sense" answers. No 5 stars as the appearance can be a tad bit sleeker for aesthetic reasons, but also for ease of organization. But everyone likes to organize their dashboard differently, so I like that there is an option to view everything in the order that is most comfortable.

This is a solid app and has become my primary sales pipeline for my business. I compared it to Streak, Asana, Todoist and Insightly. This was the best combination of easy of use, functionality and integrations. The price is more than worth it. The only reason I gave it 4 stars out of 5 is because there are two weaknesses I hope to see fixed in upcoming versions: 1) You can only have 1 todo per lead. You must clear that out before adding subsequent tasks. 2) When you send an email to the app, it does not show up in the same format it was sent, but all packed together. My only other hope would be for more robust gmail integration. If these issues could be addressed it would be as close to a perfect crm/pipeline tool as I could imagine.

I've used a number of CRM tools. What I really like about NoCRM is that it's simple - it doesn't take much to track your leads and keep on top of your pipeline. A number of platforms are able to do more things, but what you really want is to know what your pipeline is doing at each stage. I think it's already paid for a year, as I've probably kept on top of the cooler leads more than I would without it.

Love this app so much! It is so easy to use and keeps me on track daily! I never miss a follow up now that I have it and can scan a business card as soon as I get it! Priceless!

Being that we use Google and Quickbooks daily, the integration is awesome. Having something to remind us to do our follow ups helps us stay on track and we don't have to have yet another log in, user name, etc.
