I have tried several of the appointment apps in the marketplace and they are worthless. People that you need to access your calendar outside of your organization or business have to sign up for something in most cases. Also, the dependability of use was hit or miss - namely the doodle application. That app is great in theory but falls flat in being useful. YouCanBookMe has a human that helps you and goes the extra mile to get it done. Once you TAKE THE TIME to read, work through the steps to set it up, it is great! If it's worth doing, It's worth doing right. Taking the fast, free and easy route gets you what you pay for and the effort you put into it. So far in using the app, it does what you tell it to do and syncs like it should. Isn't that the point?! Thank you Kate for your patience and help in getting this set up -- great service and great product.

Great little tool that you can set up timeslots and have control over a number of different parameters, also one click reservation of slot. Up and running in minutes and the one question I did have the team responded rapidly and updated me with ETA of feature... it was the same day. Superb. Multiple timezone support is a great feature as well. Well done Softly Software on YouCanBook.Me

Muy sencillo de configurar y gratis (casi todo incluido) o muy barato (si quieres además quitar un pequeño banner de YouCanBook.me y mostrar varios calendarios a la vez). Muy sencillo de integrar en tu web.
