In the last 2 months I have never got through to phone support this product. The voicemail box has also been full every time I have called, without exception. I am concerned that my users will have an issue and all I can do is open a ticket and wait.

We use Zoho Support everyday and it's a great support tool. The integration with Zoho CRM and Google Apps is a plus to us. Keep up with the good work!

How do you get it working, I have installed it to my google apps for work account cant see anything and cant access anything, we also have zoho crm already which is why I wanted the the support module and maybe others too but cant get it setup properly, err??
