These steps will help you to roll out G Suite to your team:
Set up your G Suite account
Sign up your organization’s domain for a G Suite free trial.
Add your first users to your G Suite account in the Setup Wizard. If you want to add more than 10 users during the trial, choose "Manual Setup" from the Setup Wizard. You can still complete all the steps below by signing in to your new Google Admin console.
Next, verify your domain ownership to start using G Suite (this doesn’t affect your current mail or website).
The last step to set up your account is changing your domain’s MX records to send your mail to your Gmail inbox.
Add remaining users
After your pilot, if you haven’t already added all your users initially during setup, you can add remaining users individually or by uploading a spreadsheet. We also provide tools to sync user accounts in Microsoft® Active Directory® or another LDAP server with G Suite.
Skip this step if you’ve already added all your users when you set up your G Suite account.
Prepare your communications

Migrate your mail, calendar, and contacts
